Bayley Colt, NP

Bayley Colt is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in primary care. She believes in a family-centered, holistic approach to children’s health, rooted in her years of experience in pediatric urgent and critical care.

She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Methodist University and completed her Master of Science in Nursing at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, specializing in Pediatric Primary Care. As a proud military spouse and mom to two boys, Bayley Colt brings empathy and resilience to family-centered care.

She is excited to transition into primary care, where she can build lasting relationships with children and their families, focusing on wellness, prevention, and education. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, cross stitching, cooking, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Her short-term goal is to work towards becoming an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), with the goal of expanding her ability to support breastfeeding families. She is passionate about partnering with parents to support the health, development, and well-being of children at every stage. Her practice blends clinical excellence with warmth, compassion, and a deep commitment to empowering families through education and preventive care.
